In May of 2009, Highland Springs Resort opened the doors to The Grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar. This project represents the intersection of the resort’s hotel and dining services with 123 Farm’s organic crop production.
The restaurant will create an experience that highlights the area’s rich history and
environment, with spectacular views of our lavender fields. Expect items on the menu that incorporate our organic herbs and produce for a refreshingly healthy alternative to other
local dining establishments.
