A Celebration of Real Sourdough
This festival is about enjoying sourdough in all its forms — eating, wandering, and spending time outdoors on the farm. Taste slow-fermented food made with care, explore the grounds, and encounter sourdough and fermentation demonstrations throughout the day, with optional hands-on workshops and tours available.

Admission & Parking
Admission is included with on-site parking.
Members park free, and all occupants in the member’s vehicle receive free admission.
For non-members, admission is $12 per person if not parking on site.
On-site parking is limited and may sell out, so advance purchase is recommended.

‍Non-Refundable
All tickets are non-refundable. Unused tickets may be rescheduled or converted into a one-time-use credit for a future visit, subject to availability. Please contact customerservice@hsresort.com to request a change BEFORE your ticket reservation.

‍Parking: Parking is limited and sells out fast, so reserve your spot now. If parking is sold out, street parking may be available—avoid areas with "No Parking" signs.

‍Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome. Please note, our farm dogs roam the property and are friendly to people but not to pets.

No Smoking Policy: 123 Farm is a smoke-free and vape-free property (all areas, at all times). Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.
