Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable. Unused tickets can be rescheduled or transferred into a one-time use coupon code for a future visit depending on availability. Please contact customerservice@hsresort.com to request a change BEFORE your ticket reservation.
Pricing: Ticket prices vary based on date and availability. Prices may increase as tickets become limited, so we recommend purchasing early for the best rates. General admission price includes a sampling tea cup. Disposable paper cups are not provided at the festival.
Members: Members enjoy complimentary entry to Tea Nights with no tickets or reservations required. Bring a 123 Farm souvenir tasting cup from any previous year for unlimited tea samples, or purchase a new unlimited tasting cup on-site for $10. Members may purchase the tea scarf separately while supplies last.
Parking: Parking is limited and sells out fast, so reserve your spot now. If parking is sold out, street parking may be available—avoid areas with "No Parking" signs.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome. Please note, our farm dogs roam the property and are friendly to people but not to pets.
No Smoking Policy: 123 Farm is a smoke-free and vape-free property (all areas, at all times). Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

• Kids 12 & Under: Free admission only (Tasting Pass not included).
• Want to Sample? A souvenir cup is required for all tea tasting. No paper or disposable cups are available.
• Additional Cups: Available on-site for $15 Guests / $10 Members.
• Member Notice: Membership covers your Admission. Tasting Passes are available for purchase separately at the Member Booth.
