REGISTRATION / APPLICATION
How do I apply or reserve a spot for my child?
Applications are available and can be downloaded on our website (www.123farm.com/camp). Registration is on a first come first serve basis. You may pay in full and we accept most major credit/debit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX), cash or personal check. If there is a preferred week you'd like to send you child to, a deposit of $100 will be required at the time of registration. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full by June 15, 2017. Due to the interest in Farm Camp, we may have to close off registration when the maximum number of students is met.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
A full refund will be given for written cancellations received by May 15, 2017. For cancellations after May 15th, Summer Farm Camp will make a reasonable effort to fill your spot from a waiting list. If the vacancy is not filled we reserve the right to withhold a full refund. A $25 processing fee will be charged for canceling or changing sessions after initial registration.
COST / DISCOUNT
How much does it cost for Day Camp?

Do you offer discounts for siblings or multiple sessions?
Yes, there is a 5% discount for both. The campers must be siblings and not friends or other relatives. Sibling and multiple session discount cannot be combined with any other discount.

The minimum age to be accepted into Summer Farm Camp is 7 years old to a maximum age of 13 years old.
I have a very mature 6 year old and he/she really wants to go to Day Camp and an older sibling is already registered to attend, can I send him/her?
Yes. An older sibling is the perquisite to attend.

What time does Day Camp start and end?
9:00 am – 3:15 pm
What do I do if I cannot make the drop-off or pick-up times?
You will be required to call and notify the camp office immediately. Please do not leave a message, as we require that you speak to someone. If you are late for the drop-off time, your child will miss whatever activity is scheduled during that time. If you are more than 15 minutes late in picking up your child, you will be assessed a "late pick-up" fee of $15. Payment is required to be paid in full and is due before the next drop-off or pick-up of your child.
PAYMENT & SCHOLARSHIP
How can I pay?
We accept VISA, MC, AMEX credit cards, debit cards, personal check and cash.
Do I have to pay in full?
You may choose to pay a deposit of $100. The remainder of the payment can be split into two automatic payment plans (upon registration).
Do you have scholarships available?
Farm Camp offers up to $175 scholarship for campers in need of financial assistance. Our scholarship fund is limited and scholarships are awarded on a "first come-first serve" basis.
When do scholarships become available?
Scholarships become available beginning February 1st.
What are the requirements for the Farm Camp scholarship?
We look at several factors: household income vs. expenses, family size, family situation (single mom, etc.), whether the adults are working or not (we prefer working parents), and whether your child was awarded a scholarship with Farm Camp in the past. We award scholarships on a first-come basis. It's very important to mail your supporting financial documents to us (paystub or tax return) as proof. We find that households who qualify for the scholarship fail to get awarded the scholarship because they did not submit income verification proof. After your child is awarded a scholarship, you will need to register your child online and make an initial payment of $100 (within 2 weeks, or else the scholarship will be forfeited).
My child has food/allergy dietary restriction. Can you accommodate? Also my child takes prescription medication. Is there someone who can administer prescription or over the counter medication?
Yes, all food allergies can be accommodated and most dietary restrictions also (vegetarian and gluten-free). Unfortunately, vegan diets cannot be accommodated. We ask that you pack your own vegan meal for your child. This info must be documented upon registration. The Camp Medic will administer and assist campers if necessary with all prescription and/or over the counter medication. The Medication Section of the registration must be documented correctly for this procedure to be carried out.
Can you accommodate my child with special needs?
Any special needs children are welcomed at 123 Farm. However, we ask parents to please email or call us with details about the child's special needs so we may discuss any needed changes to the program or whether or not this program will meet their child's abilities.
What time are meals and how are meals served?
Lunch for all campers is at 12:00 pm (lunch is provided, and included in the tuition). All meals are served buffet style and campers may eat seconds or thirds, our only requirement being that there is no food-waste. Dessert is also served. No snack is served during Farm Camp.
RATIO / NUMBERS
What is the ratio of campers to staff?
The ratio of campers to staff is 10 to 1.
How many campers do you accept per week?
