Height/Physical Description:  3 to 4 feet in height and 2 to 3 feet in width.  Gray-green crinkly leaves with apricot or pink flowers that bloom in Spring, Summer and Fall.

Use:  Food.  Edible seeds.

Harvesting:  The seeds were available for harvest from February to late Summer.

Preparation:  The seeds could be eaten fresh or dried and stored for later use.
