Lavender-Infused Food & Drinks

From heart-shaped sourdough pizzas and lavender lemonade to soft serve, afternoon tea, and fresh-baked bread — every bite is made in-house by the 123 Farm culinary team, featuring our own certified organic lavender.

Afternoon Tea

A relaxed outdoor tea service set among the farm. Enjoy a selection of teas from 123 Farm, served with a seasonal assortment of house-made pastries, including a few lightly lavender-infused treats.

Grown with care using sustainable farming practices, our teas—including our signature olive leaf blends—offer a taste of nature’s finest. Experience the beauty of the season while enjoying the comforting flavors of our handcrafted teas.

1. Entrance
Begin your journey through the farm here. Pick up a map, get oriented, and step into the experience.

2. Lavender Fields
The lavender fields bloom from June through July. Outside of peak bloom, they still offer a beautiful, rustic landscape with silvery herbs and fragrant shrubs.

3. Century-Old Olive Grove
A scenic olive grove with trees over 100 years old. A popular photo spot featuring a sofa set among the trees.

4. Ranch Gallery
A visual journey through the past 100 years of the ranch. Explore historic photographs alongside displays showcasing our current farming practices and future vision.

Flower Market & Tea Omakase
A flower and tea–focused market offering select floral drinks and curated retail items. Reservations are available for a limited-seating four-course lavender tea omakase featuring floral teas paired with small bites.

6. 1,000-Year-Old Oak Tree
One of the ranch’s most treasured landmarks. This ancient oak has stood here for centuries and remains a must-see stop.

7. Live Music
Enjoy live music daily from 6:30–8:30 pm.

8. Outdoor Matcha Food Court, Sourdough Pizza & Lavender Bar
Explore matcha-infused flavors made with regenerative organic Wild Orchard Matcha®. Experience matcha in many forms and methods. Drink it, eat it, and discover how tea can be enjoyed beyond the cup, from matcha sourdough pizza dough and katsu sandos to funnel cakes, lattes, and desserts. The Lavender Bar offers tea-inspired cocktails along with our signature lavender cocktails.


9. Blacksmith Shop
Home to 123 Farm merchandise including hoodies, hats, lavender beauty products, and packaged teas to take home.

10. Tractor Wagon Tours
Take a guided wagon tour through the farm, past the lavender fields and out to the 1,000-year-old oak tree. Learn about the ranch’s history and current farming efforts.Tours last 10–15 minutes. Friday: 7–10 pm, Saturday & Sunday: 6–10 pm

11. “Willow” Tree
A popular photo and proposal spot. This beautifully decorated tree creates a romantic setting for the festival.

12. Village Teas, Coffees & S’mores
In the village, explore lavender teas, chai blends, and lavender coffees. Shop our jarred teas to take home, and enjoy a warm chai latte at the Chai Stand.

Private s’mores are available from 6–10 pm. Reserve a private fire pit for 50 minutes, complete with s’mores supplies and ingredients.

13. Tea Hall, Matcha Room, Black Bench Wine Bar & Front Desk

Tea Hall
Sample over 20 organic and regenerative teas with unlimited tastings using your souvenir cup. Presented by Wild Orchard Teas x 123 Farm. Wild Orchard features single-source green and black teas and blends from Jeju Island, while 123 Farm offers olive leaf teas, herbal teas, and lavender-infused teas grown on the farm. A souvenir tea cup is required to sample unlimited teas. Disposable paper cups are not provided. Members can purchase a tea cup at the Front Desk for $10 or bring a previous year's 123 Farm tea cup to sample teas. General admission includes a tea cup in the price.

The Matcha Room
Enjoy matcha flights, tea and dessert pairings, matcha fried chicken sandwiches, matcha burgers and fries, along with matcha drinks and desserts.

Black Bench Wine Bar
Features wines from our farm’s Black Bench label, made with organic grapes, plus tea-inspired cocktails crafted for the festival.

Seven farm-themed boutique shops offering a curated mix of experiences and treats. Browse specialty retail, enjoy coffee from the café, try soft-serve tea ice cream, visit the provisions store, and explore limited-edition, tea-scented candles created exclusively for the festival. Don’t miss the on-site photo booth for a fun keepsake.

Sourdough Bread Festival

April 11-12 & 18-19, 2026

Discover the health benefits of naturally fermented sourdough made with ancient grains. Enjoy free lectures, participate in hands-on fermentation workshops, and savor a variety of dishes crafted with sourdough.

Shop Online!

The products at 123 Farm are made primarily using organic ingredients from our farm. We hand harvest and distill our own lavender essential oil in the summer, and press oil from our century-old olive groves in the fall. We practice bee guardianship and sustainably harvest honey and beeswax from our own hives. Our products are made in small batches.
