Parking
Do I have to purchase parking?

Onsite parking, as well as admission tickets, must be purchased in advance at 123farm.com.

Any type of onsite parking may be purchased, as long as it is available.Parking onsite is available no sooner than when we open. (The same remains true for Admission.)

Bus parking is not available onsite. (During Spring festivals, bus parking at 123farm.com may or may not also be available for purchase.)

Active Members (Blue/VIP/Family), if parking onsite, do not pay for General Parking.

Golf carts subject to parking fees (Neighbor Pass holders exempt). Golf carts must be parked in designated spaces and are not allowed on any walking paths.

Offsite Parking is only allowable along Cherry Valley Blvd. or Highland Springs Ave., to avoid being towed.

ADA Parking, Accessibility, Wheelchairs

ADA accessible parking spaces are located onsite, however, subject to availability.  If one has purchased any onsite parking option, even as simple as general parking, the placard can be shown at the festival entrance, and direction can be given to any remaining ADA accessible space.

As a working farm, many areas of the property may not be easily accessible, as areas are spread out and the ground may be uneven, or unpaved. Paved areas are accessible directly outside our main lobby building and ramps are accessible within our main lobby building.

We apologize, however, we do not have or rent wheelchairs.
