As summer winds down, our lavender blooms may fade, but the enchantment of our fields endures. Introducing **Lavender Nights**, a spectacular outdoor dining experience that will keep the magic alive every Wednesday through Monday from 5-10 PM.
Immerse yourself in a world illuminated by half a million twinkling lights, transforming our lavender fields and century-old olive grove into a mesmerizing wonderland. Enjoy a romantic stroll through the history and beauty of our farm under the starry canopy.
Savor a variety of lavender-infused sweets and drinks alongside a full dinner menu featuring fresh, grilled delights. Our Marketplace offers unique shopping opportunities with wonderful vendors, and there are lawn games for added fun.
Every evening from 6:30-9:00 PM, enjoy live music that sets the perfect ambiance for your night out. Whether you're here for a casual evening or a special occasion, Lavender Nights offers something for everyone.
Weekday vs. Weekend Offerings
Please note that the layout and offerings differ between weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Visit our map below to explore the detailed offerings for each day.
*No pets allowed. We have free roaming farm dogs on the property. They are friendly to people and service animals. They are not friendly to pets. You will be turned away if you bring a pet to the event.
Food Court & Bar
Choose from different booths offering items such as sourdough pizzas, burgers and lavender donuts! Try a lavender mojito from the bar. (Weekday offerings are located at the Main Building).
Tractor Rides
Take a 10-15 minute tractor tour through the lavender fields, visit our 1000-year-old oak tree, and learn about the ranch's history from your guide. See Event Map for more details below.
Black Bench Wine Bar
Try different sustainable and organic wines from California including our farm's organic rosé from our line Black Bench Wines.

We changed our menu to 95% organic ingredients this year to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers. By using organic ingredients, we aim to provide fresher, more nutritious, and chemical-free options, ensuring a higher standard of food quality. Although the lavender fields is no longer in bloom, stroll through a sparking sea of twinkling lavender.
3. Distillation Demo
Join a farmer for a special herb distillation event, featuring seasonal herbs from our farm. Happening every Saturday and Sunday at 6pm.
4. Olive Grove Photo Opp
Take a photo on a vintage sofa located in our century-old olive groves.
5. Live Music Weekends
Listen to live music daily starting at 6:30pm.
6. Flower Market
Discover our exquisite collection of floral-inspired gifts, including candles, bar soaps, dried floral and lavender bouquets, as well as culinary and beauty products made from our lavender.

Savor a variety of lavender-infused dishes and drinks, including sourdough pizzas, burgers, sourdough donuts, corndogs and lavender cocktails. All menu items are at 95% organic unless otherwise noted.
9. The Blacksmith Shop
Our historic blacksmith shop has been transformed into a charming farm store, where you can find an array of items including 123 Farm logo hats and t-shirts, along with a variety of culinary and beauty products crafted from our farm's lavender, amnong other unique finds.
10. Tractor Pulled Wagon Tours
Take a 15-minute tractor wagon ride to learn about our ranch and see the lavender fields and the 1000-year-old oak tree. Tours run 6-9pm on weekdays, 6-10 pm on Fridays & weekends. Adults $8, Seniors/Students $7 and Children $5 (kids 3 years and under ride for free).
11. "Willow" Tree
Our popular photo spot festures a century-oak tree adorned with enchanting lights, creating a magical atmosphere. It's a favorite location for surprise engagements.

Available beginning September 14, 2024. Online reservations highly recommended.
13. Main Lobby (Membership Upgrades), Black Bench Wine Bar, 123Dough Sourdough Bread Hall & Wild Orchard Teas
Visit the main lobby to upgrade your tickets to an annual membership. While you're there, sample organically grown wines and enjoy lavender cocktails at the Black Bench Wine Bar. Sip on organic hot or cold tea beverages & sweet treats made by Wild Orchard Tea Company. Don't forget to pick up freshly baked sourdough bread made with organic ancient grains and a wild starter from the Sourdough Bread Hall.
Smash Burgers & Chicken Wings
The Eatery offers mouthwatering chicken wings in three incredible flavors, paired with our homemade lavender ranch. Savor the taste of our spicy or cheese smash burger, crafted with an organic patty and served alongside house-cut French fries. These delectable options are available exclusively on weekends.

Explore a delightful array of ten shops, including a provisions store, the 123 Farm merch shop, candles, and more! Indulge in sourdough churros and don't miss our signature lavender latte from the coffee shop.

Frequently Asked Questions
accessibility
As a real working organic farm, most of our ground is dirt and uneven, especially the lavender fields. A very small part of our property is paved. It may not be ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker. We do not have golf carts available for rent.

No, tickets will not be sold at the door. Please purchase tickets in advance online.
parking

The front desk is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. We do not answer the telephone or reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday. Most change requests for parking or s'mores can be handled on the weekdays, even if it is after your reserved date. Just send us an email so we have a time stamp of your contact.

No. Outside food, drinks and/or alcohol are not allowed. Guests with special dietary requirements should reach out to our staff before coming (customerservice@hsresort.com). We thank you for supporting our organic farm.
