
Membership FAQ
How long is my membership valid for?
Your membership is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase.
Are memberships refundable?
No. All memberships are non-refundable.
Can I share my membership?
No. Memberships are non-transferable. A valid ID must be presented with a membership card.
Can I use my membership to get discounts online?
No. All benefits are for in-person transactions only. Only the VIP membership has an added discount perk of 10% at select retail and food booths during festivals or at 123 Farm’s gift shop all year round. Valid ID must be presented with a membership card. VIP members will receive various promotions with a special online offer via e-mail.
Can I get discounts at your restaurant or hotel with a membership?
No. Membership benefits do not apply to the restaurant or hotel rooms. Currently our restaurant and hotel are not open to the public.
Do I get meal vouchers for every festival?
No, the drink and dessert vouchers are issued once only. You are welcome to use them at any of our festivals for up to $6 towards any drink and up to $6 towards any dessert. Vouchers have no cash value and change nor credit will be given back for items that are less than $6.
Some festivals offer workshops. Do I get discounts on workshops?
No. Membership benefits do not apply to workshops.
Can I visit the same festival more than once?
Yes, your membership allows for unlimited admission to any of our festivals.
Some festivals offer "Preferred Parking". Do I get to park for free?
Your membership allows for free General Parking for one vehicle (based on availability). Preferred Parking may be available at some festivals, but at an additional cost (same cost as non-members).
What festivals and events do you host?
A Walk Through the Lavender Fields May 14 - August 1, 2021 Lavender Market Nights September 2 - October 24, 2021 Christmas Nights November 3, 2021 - January 9, 2022 Sourdough Festival February 19 - March 6, 2022 Sheep Shearing Festival March 12 - April 3, 2022 *Please note some festivals are only open on the weekends while others are open several days throughout the week. We highly recommend that you check information on each website before planning a visit.
What should I do if I lose my membership card?
Please call 951-845-1151 or e-mail info@hsresort.com and provide the name the card was purchased under and the date of purchase.
