Q: Parking is sold out for Lavender Nights (or other festival). What can I do?
A: Park for free along Highland Springs Ave or Cherry Valley Blvd, if all onsite options are sold out.

Q: Tickets for Lavender Nights (or other festival) are sold out. Can I still come?
A: Buy for a future, available festival date online. Tickets at the gate, which do cost more, are not guaranteed, as they are first come, first serve.

Q: I need to change my ticket. Help!
A: Try rescheduling your tickets here. Otherwise, provide first and last name on order and date hoping to move to by texting 951-845-1151. Bear in mind festival dates' prices vary. We will confirm changes, if any, with you.

Q: What's your photo shoot policy?
