From wood fired sourdough pizza to organic hamburgers made with freshly baked buns, the outdoor food court offers a range of dishes throughout the day including short rib with parmesan polenta, salmon bowls, tri tip sandwiches, fish tacos, and steak frites. Enjoy a selection of wines, beer, and cocktails, along with lavender ice cream and refreshing seasonal drinks, all set alongside live jazz.

9. Tractor-Pulled Wagon Tours
Enjoy a 15-minute guided tractor wagon ride through the ranch, including views of the lavender fields and the 1,000-year-old oak tree. Tours run 4–10 pm.

Sourdough Bread Hall – Take a break from the music and savor freshly baked, real sourdough bread made with organic ancient grains, freshly milled flour, natural starter, pastries, and olive oil from our farm.
The Matcha Room – Enjoy regeneratively grown organic matcha alongside hot teas, specialty drinks, and desserts.
Front Desk – Upgrade to an annual membership for a full year of farm events and experiences. Lost and found and scavenger hunt game boards are also available here.
Black Bench Wine Bar – Features wines from our farm’s Black Bench label, made with organic grapes, plus cocktails crafted for the festival.

Peak lavender bloom typically occurs from mid-June through July. While the shrubs may still be green during the festival, we invite you to return in summer for our annual Lavender Festival.
Frequently Asked Questions
accessibility
As a real working organic farm, most of our ground is dirt and uneven, especially the lavender fields. A very small part of our property is paved. It may not be ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker. We do not have golf carts available for rent.
tickets
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance, as some nights do sell out. A limited number of tickets may be available at the door, but availability is not guaranteed and prices will be higher. Members do not need a reservation to attend Lavender Nights.
parking
Admission prices vary depending on the date. Please check the calendar on our ticket page for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing. Parking is not included with admission. A general parking pass must be purchased separately.

The front desk is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. We do not answer the telephone or reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday. Most change requests for parking or s'mores can be handled on the weekdays, even if it is after your reserved date. Just send us an email so we have a time stamp of your contact.

No. Outside food, drinks and/or alcohol are not allowed. Guests with special dietary requirements should reach out to our staff before coming (customerservice@hsresort.com). We thank you for supporting our organic farm.
MEMBERSHIPS
Jazz Music Festival admission requires a ticket. Members still need to reserve tickets, but enjoy exclusive discounted pricing as part of their membership.

Join us as we celebrate the blooming of our organic lavender. Stroll through 20 acres of lavender, taste lavender-infused food, drinks and desserts. Shop our lavender-themed marketplace and ride a wagon tour of the grounds.
