Join us on a whimsical ride around Christmas Nights at 123 Farm featuring festive food and drinks, horse-drawn carriage tours*, s'mores pits* and Santa* with a display of over one million lights.

One Million Lights

From acres of lavender, to our century old olive grove and towering oaks, our expanse of property and historic buildings are shining bright with a display of over 1,000,000 lights. A truly unique experience to see in Southern California.

Christma Village

The little cottage shops at the Organic Galleries are decorated with a Christmas Village theme. Visit a life-size gingerbread house for hot chocolate or North Post to write a letter to Santa.

Festive Foods

From sourdough pizza to soup  bread bowls, our food is made to order in-house using some ingredients from our farm. Visit the cafe at the  Organic Galleries for a cup of lavender hot cocoa.

Santa's Courtyard

Visit Santa's themed courtyard at the Spanish Courtyard and pose for free photos. Available on select days.


12 Days of Christmas

Visit the '12 Days of Christmas' shops located in our cottage rooms near the main lobby for a festive village-theme shopping experience. Purchase unique and handmade gifts made by local artisans. Shops are mostly open on the weekends from 5-9 pm.


Life Size Gingerbread House

The cafe at the Organic Galleries is decorated like a life-size gingerbread house, offering both traditional and lavender hot chocolate.


123 Farm Eatery

All foods are made in-house by our on site kitchen. We incorporate ingredients from our own organic farm and are offering delicious items highlighting fermented foods that promote gut health. A few of the menu offerings can be see below:

Festival Map

MAP FROM 2021. The map for 2022 will be updated in October. View a display of a million lights that dazzle our lavender fields, olive groves and buildings. Taste festive food and drinks and shop for organic gifts at our marketplace. Ride a horse-drawn wagon around our property (on select weekends) and be sure to visit the Christmas Village at the Organic Galleries.

Order festive food, drinks and desserts that are made fresh from our kitchen. Choose from organic sourdough pizzas, bread bowl soups, sausages, fries and desserts. Dining is available outdoors, in the Dining Tent (#12, no reservations taken) or in a private dining room (#10, reservations required).

Holiday Marketplace. Shop our line of culinary and beauty products made using organic lavender and other ingredients from our farm. 123 Farm products make a unique gift for the holiday season.

Gingerbread Village Display. View our handcrafted gingerbread village made using candy and other sweets. Our village display features a hotel, bank, moving gondola lift and a moving train.

Christmas Bar. Enjoy a selection of Christmas cocktails or our signature lavender drinks in an over-the-top decorated bar. Guests must be 21 years and over to enter.

Hot Chocolate Stand. Open only on the weekends, order traditional or lavender hot chocolate from the Hot Chocolate stand located beside the lobby entrance.

Information Desk. Have questions or comments? Our friendly attendant at the Information Desk is available to help from 5-10 pm.  

3. Christmas Village at the Organic Galleries
Our rustic boutiques have been transformed into a festive Christmas village complete with a North Post! View our shop displays such as J. Claus, Gnome Depot, Coal Foods, North Pole Travel Agency, the Naughty Child Detection Agency and more! The cafe is decorated like a life-size gingerbread house, offering both traditional and lavender hot chocolate.

4. The 12 Days of Christmas Shops
Local vendors take up shop in a parade of twelve cottage shops offering unique handmade goods that make great gifts.

5. S'mores Pits
Rent a private s'mores pit for $25 per hour, which includes your own private fire pit, chocolate, graham crackers, marshmallows, wooden skewers (good for 6 guests) and firewood.

6. Santa's Courtyard, 'Twas the Night Before Christmas Story & Toy Shoppe
Take a free photo with Santa in his study, view a large-size story of "'Twas the Night Before Christmas at 123 Farm" and shop for toys at the Toy Shoppe.

7. Holiday Maze
Have fun exploring our pallet maze decorated with lights.

8. Elvesville
Visit three of Santa's special rooms and see if you can find the five hidden elves in each room.

9. Glistening Willow Tree
One of the main photo attractions at our event, an old oak tree trimmed with lights to resemble a towering willow tree. Please do not pull on the string lights so other guests can enjoy the display (pulling on the string lights will cause the lights to go out).

10. Private Dining Rooms
Dine indoors in your own private room. These former hotel rooms are festively decorated and come with tables and chairs good for up to 16 guests. Rooms are available from 5-10 pm and cost $75. Admission, parking and food are not included in the price. Outside food, drinks and/or alcohol are not permitted. The rooms are also available for small corporate groups with seating for up to 20 guests and early access to decorate. Corporate group rentals are $125 and must be booked ahead of time by email or over the phone.

11. Lavender Fields
Our most popular attraction! See a sparkling sea of lavender twinkling with a display of over 300,000 lights.

12. Dining Tent
Tables are available for guests to seat themselves in the warmth of the Dining Tent. No reservations taken, all tables are available on a first come basis. The dining tent may be closed during inclement weather. Purchase food from the Food Court

13. Garden of 100 Trees
View a display of over 100 trees of various heights lit in our festival lawn.

14. Hot Chocolate Stand
Open on select weekends, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from our pop up stand.

15. Sample Lavender Garden
Although not currently in bloom, view a variety of 100 different lavender illuminating in our sample garden.

16. Historical Gallery
View historical prints from our archives and learn about the history of Highland Springs Ranch & Inn.

17. Olive Grove
Head over to our century-old olive groves decorated with lights for a magical stroll.

18. 1000-year-old Oak Tree
An emblem of strength and wisdom, our grand California Live Oak Tree continues to stand majestically at over fifty feet tall.

19. General Parking
$10 per vehicle and can only be purchased at the entrance.

Other Festivals at 123 Farm

With a health-focused and family-centered theme, the festivals and events hosted at 123 Farm (located at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn) is a relaxing weekend getaway. With the fresh air and tall trees that shade the property, we invite you to come taste our food made from scratch and learn about the history of the ranch.

Sheep Shearing Festival

Get a close-up view of how our sheep are shorn and how we process our wool. Guests can learn about natural dyes, how to wash wool, and visit our farm to feed our organic sheep.

Lavender Festival

Join us as we celebrate the blooming of our organic lavender. Stroll through 20 acres of lavender, taste lavender-infused food, drinks and desserts. Shop our lavender-themed marketplace and ride a wagon tour of the grounds.

Lavender Nights

Join us outdoors with food from the grill, lavender cocktails, live music (on select days), marketplace shopping and a display of over 400,000 lights.
