- When: Every Thursday to Sunday, 5-10 PM, January 29 to March 1, 2026
- Where: Lavender fields and olive grove illuminated by 500,000 twinkling lights, alongside a 1000-year-old oak tree. Indoor venues, including the bar, and fast casual restaurant, are in the historic main lobby of our ranch
- Dining and Activities:
 • Romantic strolls through our lavender fields and scenic ranch property
• Pink-themed sweets, cocktails, and dinner menu featuring dishes like lavender burgers and heart-shaped sourdough pizzas  
• Reserve a private s'mores pit for an unforgettable, cozy experience
• Shopping at our farm shops, flower market, and with local vendors  


*No pets allowed. We have free roaming farm dogs on the property. They are friendly only to people. They are not friendly to pets. You will be turned away if you bring a pet to the event.

Tractor Rides

Enjoy a 10-15 minute tractor tour through the lavender fields, visit our 1000-year-old oak tree, and hear the ranch's history from your guide.

Our menu is 95% organic to offer fresher, healthier, chemical-free options, prioritizing our guests' well-being and supporting sustainability.

S'mores Pit Rentals

Our s'mores kits are available and can make up to 2 s'mores per kit. Prices for pits start at $30. You can reserve pits based on the seating capacity, with options for 2, 4, or 8 seats.

Pits can be booked online or in person (if available). Please note, s'mores pits accept credit cards only.

**S'more pits are not refundable. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. Late comers will not be refunded.
***In the event your s'mores pit is canceled due to weather conditions you will be refunded your s'mores pit reservation (parking and admission will not be refunded).

One of the oldest black oaks in the world, wrapped in radiant pink lights to mark this extraordinary occasion.

8. Tractor Tour
Ride our tractor decorated in pink lights on a guided journey through the lavender fields to the glowing pink 1,000-year-old oak tree. Operates weekends 6–10 PM and weekdays 7–9 PM. Additional fee applies.

A century-old oak wrapped in radiant pink lights, casting a magical glow and creating a romantic backdrop for unforgettable photos.

10. Heart Village & S’mores Pits
Step into 123 Village, where giant glowing hearts float above and a bold 123 FARM sign sets the stage for the perfect Valentine’s photo. Just outside, cozy up at a private s’mores pit with a pink Valentine’s s’mores kit. S’mores pits open select days.

11. Eatery, Main Lobby, Black Bench Wine Bar & Sourdough Bread Hall
Share a romantic meal with fondue-style bites, pink desserts, and savory dishes made for two. Sip lavender cocktails, organic wines, and special Valentine’s drinks at the Black Bench Wine Bar. Indulge in freshly baked sourdough bread, chocolate treats, and festive pink hot cocoa—then capture the memory at the photo booth inside the Bread Hall.

accessibility
Are your grounds accessible by wheelchair?

As a real working organic farm, most of our ground is dirt and uneven, especially the lavender fields. A very small part of our property is paved. It may not be ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker. We do not have golf carts available for rent.

Tickets are sold out, can I still come?

Save by purchasing in advance. Walk-in tickets, if available, will be more expensive at the door.

parking
How much is parking and admissions?

General parking is included with purchase of a General Admission ticket. Optional Preferred Parking is available for purchase online.

It's the weekend and I need someone to respond to my phone call or email ASAP. What should I do?

The front desk is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm. We do not answer the telephone or reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday. Most change requests for parking or s'mores can be handled on the weekdays, even if it is after your reserved date. Just send us an email so we have a time stamp of your contact.

Do you allow outside food, drinks or alcohol?

No. Outside food, drinks and/or alcohol are not allowed. Guests with special dietary requirements should reach out to our staff before coming (customerservice@hsresort.com). We thank you for supporting our organic farm.

MEMBERSHIPS
I have a membership, do I still need to reserve a ticket?

Members do not need to purchase admission or parking.

Lavender Festival

Join us as we celebrate the blooming of our organic lavender. Stroll through 20 acres of lavender, taste lavender-infused food, drinks and desserts. Shop our lavender-themed marketplace and ride a wagon tour of the grounds.

Shop Online!

The products at 123 Farm are made primarily using organic ingredients from our farm. We hand harvest and distill our own lavender essential oil in the summer, and press oil from our century-old olive groves in the fall. We practice bee guardianship and sustainably harvest honey and beeswax from our own hives. Our products are made in small batches.
