NUTCRACKER EATERY
Step into a festive, nutcracker-themed space and enjoy cozy favorites like bread bowl soups, creamy mac ’n cheese, savory poutine, and indulgent desserts. Warm up with our signature organic hot cocoa (also available in lavender), and make it extra special with a souvenir nutcracker mug. Just here for cocoa? Skip the main line and use the dedicated cocoa line. Indoor seating is limited.
BLACK BENCH WINE BAR
Savor festive cocktails, including our signature lavender-infused creations, or enjoy a glass of exclusive Black Bench wines. Try our lavender hot chocolate served in a souvenir mug, perfectly enhanced with a splash of Baileys.
SOURDOUGH BREAD HALL
Come for the bread, stay for the tree. Our massive 14-foot Christmas tree — beautifully decorated and perfect for photos — is the heart of the hall. While you’re here, enjoy fresh-baked sourdough made with organic ancient grains and a 36-hour slow-fermented starter, all crafted in our on-site bakery.
FRONT DESK & PRIVATE DINING CHECK-IN
Your go-to spot for everything you need. Check in for private dining, ask questions, report lost items, or browse the gift shop — our friendly team is here to help. While you’re there, grab a free scavenger hunt board game for extra fun, or purchase a Holiday Passport book to collect stamps and claim your exclusive enamel pin.
2. Private Dining Rooms
Check in at the Front Desk upon arrival. Private dining rooms are available for full-night rentals and must be booked online in advance. Availability is limited.
3. The Organic Galleries
Our enchanting boutiques have been transformed into a lively Christmas village, each bursting with holiday spirit. From Ebenezer Scrooge’s Coal Foods Market to Gnome Depot, every shop has its own festive theme. Stop by The Gingerbread Cottage for delightful gingerbread creations — or build your own mini gingerbread house to take home (additional fee applies).
4. Funnel Cake and Hot Holiday Bar
Grab a festive funnel cake or holiday dessert, fresh from the fryer. Then visit the Hot Holiday Bar for mulled wine and other seasonal favorites — the perfect warm drink for a winter night.
5. Jingle Bell Express
Take a magical tractor ride through the nighttime landscape to the ancient 1,000-year-old oak tree, where natural beauty meets Christmas wonder. This ride blends holiday charm with timeless awe.
6. Glistening Willow Tree
One of our most popular photo spots. Take a photo beneath the centuries-old oak, lit with thousands of sparkling lights to resemble a glowing willow tree. Please enjoy with your eyes only — no touching the lights.
7. 123 Village and S’mores Pits
Explore 123 Village, a charming European-style Christmas market where each booth tells a chapter from If You Give an Abominable Snowman a Cookie. Search for hidden yetis in every shop and browse winter gear like gloves, scarves, and beanies. Pick up a souvenir plush abominable snowman to take home. For a warm break, book a private s’mores pit for a 50-minute session — perfect for groups of 4 to 16.
8. The Blacksmith Shop
Discover farm-sourced goods including seasonal treats, specialty teas, toys, and one-of-a-kind merchandise. You’ll also find lavender gift sets, culinary collections, and cozy winter accessories.
9. Sourdough Pizza and Lavender Bar
Enjoy hot, wood-fired sourdough pizza made with our signature slow-fermented dough. Then visit the Lavender Bar for drinks and treats featuring our homegrown lavender — including soothing teas and spiked hot cocoa for a festive twist. A cozy blend of savory and sweet.
10. Live Music
Enjoy live music every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM under the tall trees. Grab a warm drink, settle in, and let the festive sounds add a little magic to your evening.
