*No pets allowed. We have free roaming farm dogs on the property. They are friendly to people and service animals. They are not friendly to pets. You will be turned away if you bring a pet to the event.

Tractor Rides
Enjoy a 10-15 minute tractor tour through the lavender fields, visit our 1000-year-old oak tree, and hear the ranch's history from your guide.
Casa De Las Tapas
Enjoy tastings paired with Old World wines, and on select days, join us for special dinner events featuring guest chefs, unique collaborations, and food and wine pairings.

The Grand Oak Tree glows with colorful lights, showcasing its natural majesty.

Enjoy live music starting at 6:30 pm, with performances lasting into the evening.
8. Lavender Food & Drinks, Sourdough Pizza and Lavender Bar
Dig into crowd favorites like the lavender & fig sourdough pizza, BBQ brisket sliders with lavender BBQ sauce, and the spicy smash burger stacked on a housemade brioche bun. Craving something sweet? Go for the fresh-fried mini sourdough donuts or the over-the-top lavender peach funnel cake. At the Lavender Bar, sip on a signature organic lavender margarita, cool off with a lavender mojito, or chill out with a frozen strawberry lavender piña colada.
9. The Blacksmith Shop
Our historic blacksmith shop is home to the farm store, featuring bestselling 123 Farm hats, t-shirts, and totes, along with lavender honey, beauty products, and other unique gifts.
10. Tractor Pulled Wagon Tours
Climb aboard a tractor wagon for a guided tour of the ranch. You'l get a close look at the lavender fields, learn the history of the farm, and visit our ancient 1,000-year old oak tree.

Expore nine themed shops celebrating our farm, including a provisions market, 123 Farm merchandise, beauty products, and candles. Enjoy our popular soft serve lavender ice cream at the Lavender Scoop Shop and lavender lattes at 123 Coffee.
Candle Making Workshop
Create custom-scented candles with gift box and matches included - perfect for date night. $35 per person. Thu-Sun 5-10 pm at 123 Coffee.
13. "Willow" Tree
One of our most-loved photo spots is the century-old oak tree, beautifully lit with hanging lights that create a warm, magical glow. It's a favorite backdrop for surprise proposals and unforgettable moments.
14. S'mores, Games and Lounging
Book a private s'mores pit starting at $35 for a 50-minute session, complete with marshmallows, roasting supplies, and a lavender chocolate bar. Available Friday to Sunday from 6:30-10 pm. Enjoy free games like ping pong, foosball, and air hockey, or relax on cozy sofas under the evening sky.

Discover artisanal and unique gifts in our cottage rooms, where vendors showcase their handmade creations. Vendor open hours may vary daily and is at their discretion.

accessibility

As a real working organic farm, most of our ground is dirt and uneven, especially the lavender fields. A very small part of our property is paved. It may not be ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker. We do not have golf carts available for rent.
tickets

No, the restaurant offers a limited number of dinner packages. If tickets aren’t available, it means we’re sold out for the night. Members do not need a reservation to attend Lavender Nights.
parking

Lavender Nights is a dinner-reservation-only event hosted by our restaurant. Guests who purchase a dining package or are ranch members gain access to explore the ranch grounds. We do not charge admission, and parking is included with the package. Only dining package holders and ranch members can visit the ranch grounds.

The front desk is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. We do not answer the telephone or reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday. Most change requests for parking or s'mores can be handled on the weekdays, even if it is after your reserved date. Just send us an email so we have a time stamp of your contact.
food

No. Outside food, drinks and/or alcohol are not allowed. Guests with special dietary requirements should reach out to our staff before coming (customerservice@hsresort.com). We thank you for supporting our organic farm.
MEMBERSHIPS

Members do not need to purchase a dinner package when attending Lavender Nights.
